1. Promoter
The Rosée Glow Giveaway ("Giveaway") is sponsored and promoted by:

2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins September 7, 2026 and ends at the close of business on September 29, 2026.
All entries must be received by the close of business on September 29, 2026.
The winner will be selected on September 30, 2026.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Washington State who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of DK Spa and members of their immediate household are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. How to Enter for Free
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
During the Giveaway Period, eligible participants may visit DK Spa and complete an official Giveaway entry form to receive:
ONE (1) FREE ENTRY
Limit one free entry per person during the Giveaway Period.
No purchase, appointment, or service is required to receive the free entry.
5. Bonus Entries
Participants may also receive:
FIVE (5) BONUS ENTRIES for each completed 30-minute Rosée Glow facial received at DK Spa during the Giveaway Period.
The Rosée Glow service must be completed between September 7 and September 29, 2026.
Booking an appointment without completing the service does not qualify for bonus entries.
Each completed qualifying Rosée Glow facial during the Giveaway Period earns five additional entries.
6. Prize
ONE (1) winner will receive the Rosée Glow Giveaway prize package consisting of:

One Phytomer Rosée Visage Toning Cleansing Lotion
One Phytomer Rosée Glow Vitamin Radiance Plumping Cream
One Dermaplaning Service at DK Spa

One Patchology Serve Chilled Rosé Eye Gels
One Patchology Serve Chilled Rosé Lips
Total Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $276.25
No cash prize or cash alternative will be awarded. The prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
DK Spa reserves the right to substitute an item with an item of equal or greater value if a listed product becomes unavailable.
The dermaplaning service must be redeemed through DK Spa and is subject to appointment availability and DK Spa's normal service policies.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.
8. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The random drawing will take place on September 30, 2026.
The winner does not need to be present at the drawing.
9. Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the contact information provided on the Giveaway entry form on or about September 30, 2026.
The selected winner must respond within seven (7) days of notification.
If the selected winner cannot be reached, does not respond within seven days, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, DK Spa may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
10. Geographic Area
The Giveaway is offered within Washington State and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
11. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that DK Spa may announce the winner's first name and last initial on DK Spa's website, email communications, Google Business Profile, and social media channels, unless prohibited by law.
12. Winner List
After September 30, 2026, individuals may request the name of the winner by sending a written request to:

13. Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance of the prize. Any taxes for which the winner is responsible are payable directly to the appropriate government entity.
14. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules.
DK Spa reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated in violation of these rules, or otherwise improperly submitted.
DK Spa reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control prevent the Giveaway from being conducted as intended, subject to applicable law.
The Giveaway is intended solely to promote DK Spa and its products and services.
